The garden received major bonus stairs gratsi a quickcrete, several thousand bottle caps, a couple of neighbors, and a host of bottles and cans donated ever graciously over the years ex parte rail-road bums, vagrants, and such.
yeah - and a couple of printer paper catchers helped barracade the quickrete - needless to say they may become stairs in the near future.
